2.1 The Company makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding:

2.2 Historical data, simulations, forward-looking analytics, or hypothetical scenarios do not constitute guarantees of future results.

2.3 The Platform is provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

3.1 Financial markets involve substantial risk, including the risk of partial or total loss of capital.

3.2 The User acknowledges and agrees that:

• All decisions are made independently
• All interpretations are the User’s sole responsibility
• The Company exercises no discretion over User actions

3.3 The Company bears no responsibility or liability for losses incurred as a result of reliance on Platform outputs.

4.1 All fees paid for access to the Platform are strictly non-refundable.

4.2 Once access is activated:

• No refunds
• No reversals
• No partial credits
• No cancellations

4.3 The User expressly acknowledges and accepts the final and irrevocable nature of payment prior to completion of any transaction.

4.4 Any attempt to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized reversals may result in immediate termination, permanent account restriction, and recovery actions where applicable.

5.1 The Platform, including underlying logic, algorithms, methodologies, system architecture, outputs, and interfaces, constitutes confidential and proprietary intellectual property of the Company.

5.2 The User is strictly prohibited from:

• Reverse engineering
• Decompiling
• Disassembling
• Replicating
• Redistributing
• Licensing
• Commercial resale of the Platform or its components

5.3 Any unauthorized attempt to extract or replicate algorithmic logic constitutes material breach and may result in legal action.

6.1 The Company explicitly authorizes use of the Platform by:

• Educational institutions
• Academic researchers
• Training programs
• Mentors
• Analysts
• Professional educators
• Institutional research bodies

6.2 Such entities may derive commercial benefit including:

• Instruction
• Demonstration
• Research
• Curriculum integration
• Analytical frameworks
• Institutional analysis

6.3 This authorization is conditional upon: no resale of the Platform, no redistribution of access credentials, and no misrepresentation of outputs as regulated financial advice.

6.4 Providing algorithmic intelligence for education, research, and institutional analysis constitutes a lawful and permissible commercial activity.

7.1 Use of the Platform does not create fiduciary duty, advisory relationship, agency, partnership, joint venture, or any similar relationship.

7.2 The Company does not act on behalf of Users, nor does any User act on behalf of the Company.

8.1 The Company reserves absolute discretion to modify access, suspend services, restrict accounts, or terminate usage at any time, with or without notice, including for breach, misuse, security concerns, or operational risk.

8.2 Termination does not give rise to any refund or compensation.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for direct/indirect losses, trading losses, opportunity costs, system delays/interruptions, or third-party failures.

9.2 Any liability, if established, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the User for the applicable service period.

The User agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from use/misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or third-party claims linked to User actions.

11.1 The Company may amend these Terms or modify Platform features at any time.

11.2 Continued access or use constitutes acceptance of such amendments.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company’s operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

By activating, registering, or submitting payment, the User confirms understanding of all risks, accepts the non-refund policy, waives claims based on performance expectations, and agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.
